1.  Home page would look like this with the banner change as above, the top image is in 2 pieces, the first is in a gif format because of the red color, second image is a normal  jpg format.  The rollover bar is in a table to hold images. Please look at code.

You will also need to add the left menu shadow to the left of this banner.

2. Instructions to the left, you may want to use a pop up box instead of a black out smooth box or something along that line

3. Remove the ajax menus from all the custom pages or create a check box to add them or not in the tool box.
